Rules
- please always link back, either just using the link on the layout or a Star-Layouts Button.
- always leave a note/sign guestbook/email if you use a layout
- i will make customs, free, but you may have to wait a couple of weeks depending on my situation.
- it would also be nice if you had a kinda outline on what you want the custom to entail, maybe even a picture you want me to use. It isn't necessary though.
- i will make buttons, banners anything, just run them past me and if I can do it I will! Still for free
